November update.

Notes: textI've taken a bit of a repose from posting here as I've begun to track all my health progress on Spark People. But what's gone on the last month and a half is very good.

I finally take the workout thing seriously. I'm going to the gym 4 days a week and eating better. My diet is still the weakest part of the plan, weekends get crazy.

I logged in today to see what I weighed last year at this time, which was in the 260' I'm better today as far as weight, and I'm surely a lot better off because I feel stronger and more fit.

I actually cracked a tear off in the one scene with a great line "Sometimes, I guess there's just not enough rocks." This is a great metaphor for anyone that's been angry at, or had to deal with diffiult events in their life.

Health tracker update

I am going to change how often I weigh myself. Currently I do it once a week on Thursday. I've changed this to Wednesday for a competition at work. But the real change is that I will weigh myself on Friday and Monday morning as well. This will help me keep track of how bad my weekends are. I'll be less inclined to think "well I have till Wednesday to weigh in, I can recover". I'll still only track my weekly weight on this blog once a week.

Notes: I really like the new Bowflex, it is going to be a great improvement to my health plan. It just takes a while to do exercises rihght now because I have to read the book to see how to set up exercises. Once you do it once though it's pretty easy & quick.

Notes: 7 hours of sleep minimum is a goal for me this year.
