The day of Mon

Breakfast: Granola, vitamin, tomato juice, maybe coffee

Lunch: eating in for lunch with a frozen lunch

Dinner: Pasta

Exercise: Upper body (11/14)

Notes: Still feel rundown from Saturday night.
