Under 260!

Breakfast: Granola, coffee, vitamin

Lunch: Frozen lunch, banana, yogurt snacks

Dinner: Soup or frozen dinner before class

Exercise: Normal Wendsday off

Notes: Weigh in = 259.0 lbs. Finally back in the 250's.

Good job being under 260!! Even if it's 259, at least you know you're making progress!! I bet the bo-flex workouts are really helping!!! Plus, not buying your lunch out all the time and staying away from Chipotle!
