Hurry up spring

Breakfast: Granola coffee, vitamin

Lunch: Smart Ones, banana, yogurt or crackers for nacks

Dinner: Healthy choice dinner before class

Exercise: Day off, currently 3/14

Notes: Weigh in = 263.0 lbs. Aweful drive in this morning, took 1:45 to get here.
