Breakfast: Graham Cookies, Coffee x 2

Lunch: Skyline 5 way & a coney, lemonade

Dinner: Microwave dinner

Exercise: (0/14) Will start February workouts tonight

Notes: Weight = 268.5 lbs....actually mu lowest ths week :o( I have a tweak in my upper middle back that is killing me. I couldn't sleep this morning.
