8"-14" today

Breakfast: Coffee (I allow only one scoop of sugar now), granola bar

Lunch: In, no questions asked

Dinner: In

Exercise: Currently 3/14, Will work out tonight

Notes: I will start eating in more for health and to do homework, so that should work well together.

Excellent idea with starting to eat in more for health and you'll be able to do your school work! :)

And wow on cutting back on the sugar in your coffee to one scoop. You're not tasting the coffee! :)
