No Pea Weekend

Breakfast: Granola, Coffee, Vitamins

Lunch: Frozen lunch in.

Dinner: Alone so I really don't know, maybe pizza.

Exercise: Morning workout, putting me at 7/14

Notes: Need to stay focused this weekend and get stuff done around the apartment.

Aww I feel all bummed that I don't get to see you this weekend.

Since you're eating alone, why don't you stop at the grocery and get a bag of lettuce, a tomato and some salad stuff. Maybe get some chicken and grill it and have grilled chicken salad. When you're alone it's easier to eat better. If you want beer, pick up a 6-pack of something and stick with that.
