Flat Tire Again :oI

Breakfast: Granola, coffee, vitamin, tire change

Lunch: Lamb salad

Dinner: Pasta?

Exercise: Lower body (11/14)

Notes: Getting out of bed at 6 has helped a lot with the morning schedule.
