Breakfast: Granola, coffee

Lunch: Tuna salad & cup of soup

Dinner: Healthy Choice, crackers

Exercise: Walked Saturday, what a nice day it was (6/14) I need to work out in the AM

Notes: Need to pick it up this week.

You should work out tomorrow morning before your long, hard day at work on Tuesday...... at Cedar Point.
