Munday

Breakfast: Granola, Coffee, Multi-Vit, Vit-C

Lunch: OUt...had a cup soup & chix sald

Dinner: Frozen dinner.

Exercise: Currently at 8/14. I need to work out each daythis week.

Notes: My back muscle is still a bit sore but I should be good to work out.

Good call on eating lunch in. Try and do that at least 3 of the 5 days this week, as I know it's hard to say no when the guys go out for lunch. :)

And if your back starts to hurt tonight when you're working out, just take it easy and stretch.
