TZDy

Breakfast: Granola, coffee, vitamin

Lunch: SmartOne, crackers, maybe yogurt

Dinner: Between work & SAE meeting

Exercise: Lower body (12/14)

Notes: I need to mix up my lifting workout. Over the next couple weeks I will mix in walking and some new bowflex exercises. I need to keep it fresh so I don't get bored.

I was going to recommend that you mix up your workout to get in different muscle groups too. :) Plus, then you can show me how to do them in a couple weeks!
