Breakfast: Granola, coffee, vitamin
Lunch: Have some frozen stuff, might go out because it's going to be beautiful today
Dinner: Antipasto salad from Zeppe's that I didn't eat last night
Exercise: Upper body (1/14)
Notes: May take a walk tonight to take advantage of the weather, since I've only used my new shoes once. BTW Forrest Gump is a great movie. I actually cracked a tear off in the one scene with a great line "Sometimes, I guess there's just not enough rocks." This is a great metaphor for anyone that's been angry at, or had to deal with diffiult events in their life.
