Dad's B-day

Breakfast: Granola, coffee, vitamin

Lunch: Lamb salad

Dinner: Burgers!

Exercise: Upper body (7/14)

Notes: Obviously I need to do some grocery shopping. I am switching back to Thursdayweigh ins now that my work contest is over. Our team, of 5 people, lost 51 pounds in eight weeks, I lost 12 in that time. Current weight = 257.5 lbs.
