Thuuuursday

Breakfast: OJ, Cereal, Milk, Coffee

Lunch: 2 Sandwiches, 1 Ham, 1 Turkey, both with mustard & cheese

Dinner: Soup, Crackers, 2 Beers

Exercise: None in the AM

Notes: Weighed in at 265.0 lbs., Did well travelling today with no snacks or seeds
