Monday The Thirtieth Day Of January

Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, Coffee, Multi-Vit.

Lunch: 8oz. 4 Cheese Lasagna, Apple Sauce, Water

Dinner: Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Salad, Diet Pepsi

Exercise: Stretching & Lifting (16)

Notes: Really dragged ass to work out, almost quit 15 times during my workout. Fought off desire to eat chips at lunch.
