Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon Oatmael, Coffee, Multi-Vit.

Lunch: 8oz. Stuffed Rigatoni, Crackers, Water

Dinner: Meatloaf, Sweet Potato, Asparagus, Milk

Exercise: None today, will resume Wednesday morning

Notes : Early meeting at work& going over parents after work to install shower head after work
