Freaky Friday

Breakfast: Maple Cinnamon Oatmeal, coffee, Multi-Vit., Vit. C

Lunch: 2 Sandwiches, Apple, Water

Dinner: Sirloin Francaise, Asparagus, 3 adult beverages

Exercise: Stretching & Lifting (15)

Notes: Felt good to workout this morning, I swear I feel better when I'm exercising

Chances are you probably do feel better when you're excercising. It supposedly releases endorphines and endorphines make you happy. I know that if I start working out a lot, and take too much time off I don't feel to great.
