We dnesd ay

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Coffee, Multi-Vit

Lunch: 8oz. Frozen Dinner, Apple

Dinner: ??

Exercise: None, took day off, see below (7,1)

Notes: My foot still really hurt last night & this morning, so I stayed in bed to rest it as much as possible. It feels a little better now so I'm glad I didn't push it in any way.

good idea taking a break from working out if your foot hurts. no need to put added stress on pain.
