Lunch: 8 oz. Lasagna Alfredo, Granola bar
Dinner: Cold Cut Sub, Cheez Its, Seeds
Exercise: None in the AM, will try one after work
Notes: Nice weekend visiting the Goddaughter, but not the best diet weekend. Fought off serious urge to have an entire sub as a snack today...I'm taking it home for dinner instead.
