Monday..7 days till spring!

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Coffee, Multi-Vit., Vit. C

Lunch: 1 Slice pizza , 8oz. alfredo lasagna

Dinner: Leftover pasta

Exercise: Morning workout (6)

Notes: Glad to workout this morning, it felt good, I want to try to jog this week

I like that you put what you're going to have for dinner down. :)

Today is supposed to be the only warm day this week - with terrible thunderstorms, go figure!! Hopefully you get a run in at least once.
