Sigma Wednesday

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Coffee, Multi-Vit.

Lunch: Ham & Salami Sandwiches, Apple Sauce, Diet Pop

Dinner: Cheeseburger

Exercise: Morning Workout (8,1)

Notes: Foot felt better last night, and much better today. I still may not run for a couple weeks, or until I get new shoes.
