Finally Friday

Breakfast: Granola bars, Multi-Vit., Coffee

Lunch: Fish Sangwich, onion rings, slaw

Dinner: ??

Exercise: Morning Workout (9,1), I need four more in the next seven days.

Notes: I am resetting my goal back to just 14 workouts, I don't want to push it with my foot.
