The Last March Monday

Breakfast: Granola Bars, Coffee, Multi-Vit.

Lunch: Soup, Crackers, Fruit

Dinner: Pasta & Sauce

Exercise: Morning Workout (10, 1)

Notes: Dragged self out of bed to workout, morning Mark definately wasn't on board today, but I fought him off and worked out. I need 3 more this week.
