Breakfast: Granola, Coffee

Lunch: Bufflo Chicken Sandwich, Cup Soup, Fries

Dinner: Chicken Salad, Texas Toast, Wine

Exercise: Morning Stretch, lifting & abs (4/14)

Notes: Late weigh in = 258 lbs.Hope to get a workout in over the weekend.
