Breakfast: Granola Bar, Coffee, Vit. C

Lunch: 8 oz. Rice & Chicken

Dinner: ?? At Brian & Renee's

Exercise: Morning Stretch & Lifting (6/14)

Notes: I'll have to workout Wednesday night to keep it up through this week. I don't want to have to go crazy at the end of the month to hit my goal.
