M-Day

Breakfast: Hugs, coffee, vitamin, granola

Lunch: Frozen lunch, banana or yogurt snacks

Dinner: Meatball sammich

Exercise: Currently 4/14

Notes: My back is still spasming a bit, but feels like it will go away in a day or two. I may try a light upper body workout Tuesday
