Breakfast: Granola Bar, Multi Vit., Coffee

Lunch: Tune Sandwiches, Apple Sauce

Dinner: Laundry & Pizza

Exercise: Morning Workout (3)

Notes: Weigh in = 250.0 lbs. man I am so close to breaking the 250 barrier, it gives me added motivation.
