Lunch: 2 Sandwichs, Apple, Gatorade

Dinner: W/ dad

Notes: Lack of sleep & exercise is really affecting my moods. I need to re-asses my exercise plans.

maybe we can sit down this weekend and figure out what to do with August. It might help if you set up a schedule ahead of time so you know when you need to workout and where you can slack.
