Monday the 17th

Breakfast: Granola bar, coffee

Lunch: 2 Sandwiches, pear, carrot sticks

Dinner: W/ dad ?

Exercise: Took a hike in th park over the weekend (3/14)

Notes: I want to at least hit double digit workouts in July.
