Breakfast: Granola, Vit. C, Coffee

Lunch: I hit Chipotle

Dinner: At home, maybe rice & chicken

Exercise: (4/14)

Notes: Weight = 251.5 lbs. this is down 5-6 lbs. from the last couple weeks so at leat my diet is helping in leiu of a lot of exercise
