Breakfast: Special K Bar, Strawberries

Lunch: 6" Chicken Subway, Sun Chips, Lite Lemonade

Dinner: Chicken, Corn, tater, bread

Exercise: Softball on Sunday (6) UPDATE, I got off my ass & worked out! Lifting & Stretching (7)

Notes: I need to get on track this week if I expect to get close to 14 workouts.
