Monday, maybe the last one....

Breakfast: Granola Bar, Coffee

Lunch: 8 oz. Pepper Steak & Rice, Apple Sauce

Dinner: Some sort of beef, potato, carrot thing....blah...

Exercise: Morning Stretch & Lifting w/ Legs & Shoulders (2)

Notes: Watching my back during workouts as I puuled a back muscle doing dihshes last night (pretty sad, I know).
