Forcing....self ....daily

Breakfast: Pop Tart, Coffee, Multi-Vit.

Lunch: An excellent Zesty Southwestern Turkey melt from Zoup (, Cup of Chicken Tortellini Soup, small applesauce

Dinner: Meatloaf, Green Beans, Taters, too many Labatt's

Exercise: None in AM

Notes: Only ate half the sandwich at lunch as it was freaking huge, I'll eat the rest for dinner.
