Post Browns win Monday

Breakfast: Granola, Coffee

Lunch: 8 oz. Michelena's - Mac, Cheese & hamburger, not as bad as I thought it would be.

Dinner: Sausage from Bun

Exercise: Morning workout, lifting & stretching (1/14)

Notes: I want to start the month strong, cuz my weekends will be busy this month.

If you can get in workouts in the mornings, you'll be fine with things.

Keep packing your lunch this month, I think that helps the both of us out. Maybe switch out of the Michelena's and get the Lean Cuisine or something.
