Breakfast:
Cheerios, coffee, vitamin
Lunch:
Frozen lunch it, yogurt or crackers for snack
Dinner:
Pasta with my homade sauce
Exercise:
Lower body with some increased weight (8/14)
Notes:
I hope it is dry tonight, I'd like to take a walk
