Exercise: None this morning, I've been dead tired every morning this week. My back is still sore as well. Neither make me get out of bed this week.
Notes: I need at least one workout this weekend to stay on track. Weigh in from Wednesday = 261.5 lbs.

When you worked out the other morning, you mentioned that your back felt a little bit better. Maybe it's still sore because it's getting stiff from sitting a lot the past couple of days. You should try to workout tonight before I get to your apartment. I'll probably be there later than normal.
