Breakfast: Granola, coffee, vitamin
Lunch: At Sakura's with Sprint reps
Dinner: Making pasta with my own sauce that's thawed out.
Exercise: Upper body workout (9/14)
Notes: I dragged myself to workout, but felt good after I did. my arms are beginning to feel like I've been working out.

My arms are beginning to feel like I've been working out too. I'm using the 10lb weights more and sometimes they feel too light... and the 5lbs feel super light compared to the 10's.
