Breakfast: Oatmeal bar, vitamin, coffee
Lunch: No idea, I might go out, sorta tired of the frozen things
Dinner: Again, no idea
Exercise: Upper body (13/14)
Notes: I have some errands to run tonight, but I want to get outside, I may walk on Friday after work just to get out.

I'm getting tired of the frozen things too... but I'm not ready to start going out and buying my lunch. I think it's time for me to start buying lunch meat and bringing in sandwiches to mix it up.
The nice thing about bringing lunch in is there is more $$ in my bank account! :)
