The day of Tues

Breakfast: Pop tart, cofee, vitamin

Lunch: Frozen lunch, with banana and yogurt for snacks if required

Dinner: Turkey sammiches

Exercise: Lower body (3/14)

Notes: More cold and snow...boo.

Instead of 2 Turkey Sammiches, you should start getting lettuce and tomato and putting that on the sandwich and maybe having cottage cheese as a side dish. Or if you're going to have 2 start buying light bread.

Good point, I will plan ahead a little better next time I get stuff for sammiches.
