Exercise: Yes, typical Mark's Gym workout
Notes: Weigh in = 258.5 lbs. It's nice to see a "5" in the middle number, especially in a month where I feel like I've been slacking in both diet & exercise.

:o) I am SOOOO happy for you!! That is awesome!!!! :) Maybe it's the times when you feel like you've done nothing that always turn out good, and the times where you feel like you've worked your ass off where you see no results!!!
