Phat Tuesday

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Coffee, Miuti-Vit.

Lunch: ??

Dinner: Chicken, Mixed Veggies

Exercise: Morning Workout (13)

Note: End of month weigh in = 259.5 lbs. I am not participating in a "Fat Tuesday" today, I'll be sticking to my plan. Bad day yesterday, so I just went home, cooked a good dinner, did some laundry. The best way for me to get over bad attuitude days is to get busy & I'll eventually forget about it.

that's great to end the month under 260!! It was a hard month for you, with travelling and things with your dad.

And great job getting in all 13 workouts!!! 13 is a lot seeing as there are only 28 days in the month!
