Workouts thus far

I have 3 workouts in this month each consisting of a mixture of lifting weights, exercise ball and stretching. I will move back into some jogging as weather permits. It's been since Oct.-Nov. since I was jogging frequently.

I am behind you 100%...just let me know anything I can do to help. You have been there with prayers for my Mom and I am there for you to help you any way I can. I know my It's not easy to do this on your own, I have been struggling myself to live healther. As Joel said take it day to day and eventually months will pass by and you will be amazed.

I'm glad that we're doing this together - for the most part. It makes it easier when I know there is someone holding me accountable for what I'm trying to do.
