Breakfast: Granola, coffee
Lunch: Cup Chili, grilled cheese, fries , apple snack
Dinner: Frozen dinner, yogurt snack
Exercise: Did not work out last night like I wanted too. So I worked out this morning, my normal day off, because I wantto start the month well. (1/14)
Notes: Glad I did the grocery shopping last night!
