Dinner: ??, but I have some choices at home

Notes: Struggled to handle a bit of adversity last night, the C.O.R.E. teqhnique helped a bit. In facing adversity you should review youre Control, Ownership, Reach and Endurance.

I'm glad you're admitting to the struggling with adversity. It's hard and there isn't much that can change that. However, just knowing the steps you have to take to overcome places you in the right direction.
