Breakfast: Coffee, couple slices of summer sausage
Lunch: 2 Brats, small bowl cheez-its, 2 diet pops, tomato juice
Dinner: Frozen dinner, tots
Exercise: I will work out soon (2/14 currently), definately going to change my plan this month, the old way is not working
Notes: Working on new plan this week to carry out this year

Maybe one night this week when we talk on the phone at 9pm, we come to the conversation with a list of things we want to change and brainstorm on how to change the diet plan so it works for us this year... We both have to acknowledge the problem we're facing and figure out, together, how to change it.
