Notes: I'll have to workout Wednesday night to keep it up through this week. I don't want to have to go crazy at the end of the month to hit my goal.

Good job on the workouts!!
Yeah - don't push yourself so you get in 14 workouts and you have to cram them in at the end of August. We still have time. Plus, you're right on track to get a lot in!
