Breakfast: Granola, vitamins & coffee

Lunch: Healthy choice & some crackers

Dinner: Jenny's cookin!!!!!

Exercise: Currently (7/14), ran last night, will work out again tonight.

Notes: Really need to run at leat twice a week to get back in the flow.
