Breakfast: Granola, coffee, vitamin
Lunch: SmartOne, cracker or yogurt snack
Dinner: ??
Exercise: Upper body (11/14). It was a light workout this morning, I skipped a couple exercises cuz I slept in.
Notes: Hopefully I can take a walk one night this week.

I'm glad you're staying on track. I'm not really. But I feel good because I'm walking everywhere! Plus, I've been up early enough to workout in the AM prior to coming over to our office.
