Lunch: Lamb salad

Dinner: Stuffing

Exercise: I wan to run tonight

Notes: I'll miss my goal, but I want to at least get 10 in this month.

The more you do it, the better it feels. I hurt on Monday after running because I hadn't in a few weeks.
