Monday

Breakfast: Granola Bar, Coffee

Lunch: 8 oz. Lasagna Alfredo, Granola bar

Dinner: Cold Cut Sub, Cheez Its, Seeds

Exercise: None in the AM, will try one after work

Notes: Nice weekend visiting the Goddaughter, but not the best diet weekend. Fought off serious urge to have an entire sub as a snack today...I'm taking it home for dinner instead.

good job taking the sub home for dinner. the frozen dinner things are good for lunch as long as you're only eating them 1x a day... :)

I hope you get in an evening workout too!!!!
